I have read about the effect that copper IUDs (Paragard) can have on absorption of zinc. My doctor even recommended that I supplement with zinc to help support the ratio.

Most foods high in zinc seem also to be high in copper. Anything stand out as being a great source of zinc, but not as rich in copper?
