I love using my slow cooker to meal prep and being able to add the ingredients in bulk and see the protein, fat and carb content per meal as I do makes it so easy to get to the right mix! I enjoy lots of lean meat and fish, rice, lentils and green vegetables, with a few protein bars and shakes thrown in for good measure!
